Went to the bonfire night event at Victoria park on the 5th of november not knowing why do the british celebrate it. It was like the coldest night ever in bristol so it was nice gathering round the bonfire while watching the flame and the people, even though your face felt like melting at times.
Fireworks were prohibited (apparently fireworks are not well-liked especially by dog owners) but people still set them off. Riccardo was worried it would go wrong whereas I was more concerned about the bonfire being so close to the tree instead of being in the middle of a wide space. Anyway it was a safe night and a great experience why do I write like a 12-year-old.
